Through strategies grounded in the nervous system and emotional regulation, teachers learn how to manage stress, respond with calm, and model emotional resilience in the classroom.

Trusted by educators and rooted in real-world experience—blending emotional intelligence with practical, sustainable strategies.

Susan Parker Jones is a licensed therapist, author of The Wholehearted Child, and creator of A Little Harmony. With a background in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and the Enneagram, Susan equips early childhood educators with tools that support both emotional wellness and practical classroom connection.

She has worked alongside parents and educators to bring social-emotional development to life in real, sustainable ways. Susan’s approach blends clinical insight with down-to-earth strategies — empowering educators to move from burnout to balance, and from behavior management to true emotional attunement.

A mom of five (through birth and adoption), Susan brings lived experience and deep empathy to every training. With every training, Susan helps educators feel more confident, more connected, and more equipped to show up as the best version of themselves.
